Returns and refunds
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help.
Care instructions
Keep your ZaZa bonnet looking and feeling its best:
- Cold gentle wash
- Wash with similar colours
- Use a mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Air dry only
- Avoid high heat
For best results, place your bonnet in a delicates bag before machine washing.
